- 1 large carrot, no need to peel, just make sure it’s washed well
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- Add all ingredients to the blender and blend 1-2 minutes, or until creamy and smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add a little orange juice or water. Enjoy!
