Carrot-Orange Smoothie

Servings 1 Serving


  • 1 large carrot, no need to peel, just make sure it’s washed well
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated


  • Add all ingredients to the blender and blend 1-2 minutes, or until creamy and smooth. For a thinner smoothie, add a little orange juice or water. Enjoy!
