Apple Cider Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- ice
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 1-2 ounces apple cider
- 4 ounces sparkling prosecco
- 1 ounce sparkling water
- fresh apple slice, for garnish
- star anise, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour aperol, apple cider, and prosecco over the ice, and stir. Top with sparkling water and garnish with apple slice and start anise. Enjoy!
