Watermelon Fruit Pizza

Servings 8 Slices

Ingredients
  

  • 1 center-cut slice of watermelon
  • ½ – 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, or preferred flavor
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced in circles (to mimic pepperoni)
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, optional
  • 2 tablespoons honey, optional

Instructions
 

  • Using a sharp knife, cut off a slice of watermelon from the center, about 2-3 inches thick.
  • Spread ½ cup of the yogurt on the watermelon. Top with fresh fruits and finish off with coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey (optional). Enjoy!
