Watermelon Fruit Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 center-cut slice of watermelon
- ½ – 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt, or preferred flavor
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced in circles (to mimic pepperoni)
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons toasted coconut flakes, optional
- 2 tablespoons honey, optional
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, cut off a slice of watermelon from the center, about 2-3 inches thick.
- Spread ½ cup of the yogurt on the watermelon. Top with fresh fruits and finish off with coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey (optional). Enjoy!
