- 2 scoops vanilla gelato or ice cream
- ¼ cup freshly brewed hot espresso
- 1 tablespoon amaretto cookies, crumbled
- shot of hazelnut liqueur (optional)
Chill glass in the freezer, about 10-15 minutes.
To assemble, add scoops of vanilla ice cream to chilled glass and immediately pour espresso. Spike with a shot of hazelnut liqueur (if using) and garnish with cookie crumbles.
