What’s Happening at The Mad Table

Chef Patty Morrell-Ruiz, is the owner and operator of “The Mad Table”, a South Florida-based culinary arts and services company specializing in Latin Fusion recipes. Based in Miami, Fl, “Chef Patty” as she’s known professionally, has been part of numerous live food demonstrations and participated in the Coconut Grove Art Festival, Susan G. Komen Race For The Cure, Miami Book Fair International and been a guest chef at the James Beard House Foundation in New York City.

Most recently Chef Patty published her first book – The Essential Cuban Cookbook, a guide to preparing a variety of Cuban dishes using family recipes passed down from one generation to the next. Stay tuned for all her latest news and events information.
