Pasta de Bocadito (Ham Spread Sliders)
The Perfect Appetizer for Parties & Game Day! Back in the day (before charcuterie boards became the star of the show) it wasn’t a Cuban party without Pasta de Bocadito (Ham Spread Sliders)! I will say it- this recipe deserves a comeback ????
Ever wonder why you can’t stop reaching for your Cuban Bocaditos? It’s not just the Hawaiian roll (although, let’s be real, that soft, slightly sweet, pillowy goodness is everything). It’s the addictive combo of the rich, savory ham spread and that sweet roll that just gets you. Every bite is like a mini flavor bomb. The sweet meets savory, and you get that perfect bite that leaves you wanting more. You’ll swear you’ve found the food equivalent of a warm hug in sandwich form.
Let’s break this down. Cuban Bocaditos are essentially sliders, but they’re not just any sliders. These are Hawaiian rolls, loaded with a delicious, creamy ham spread that’s perfectly balanced with just the right amount of savory richness. Why can’t you get enough? It’s because they’re bite-sized, easy to make, and downright irresistible. They check all the boxes: sweet, savory, soft, and each bite is better than the last. Hope you give these a try and let us know what you think!
