Hugo Spritz
Ingredients
- 2 ounces St. Germain, elderflower liqueur
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- ice
- 4 ounces prosecco
- 2 ounces sparkling water
- 2 lime wheels
- sprig of mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Add St. Germaine and mint leaves to a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ice and lime wheels. Top with prosecco and finish with sparkling water. Stir to combine. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig. Enjoy!
