- In a shallow dish, add sugar and cinnamomon. Combine and set aside until ready to use.
- Dip glasses in caramel sauce, melted chocolate or water and coat in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- To a blender, add 2 churros (or more to taste), ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, and 1-2 teasoons salted caramel. Blend until your desired consistency is reached.
- Pour milkshake in the prepared glasses. Top with extra caramel sauce or melted chocolate if using and finish with a churro (or two!). Enjoy!
