- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur, such as St-Germain
- 3 oz sparkling white wine
- 1-2 oz sparkling water
- orange slices or wedges, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Pour in the Aperol, and St. Germaine. Top with sparkling white wine, and gently stir together.
- Finish with a splash of sparkling water, to taste, and stir once more.
- Garnish with orange slices or wedges. Enjoy!
