Dragon Fruit Vodka Smash

  • ¾ cup frozen pitaya dragon fruit, bite-size cubes
  • 1 fresh lime juiced, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon agave honey, or simple syrup
  • 1½ – 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce St. Germain, optional
  • ice
  • 2 ounces of sparkling water or ginger beer


  • In a cocktail shaker or glass jar, add dragon fruit, lemon juice, and sweetener of choice. Using a muddler, smash all of the ingredients together (for a smoother consistency, blend in a blender until smooth and creamy). Strain mixture evenly into the glass. Add vodka, St. Germain, and ice. Top with sparkling water or ginger beer; gently stir, and garnish with fresh lime. Enjoy!
