A glass of wine with lime and mint in it.

Hugo Spritz

Servings 1 Serving


  • 2 ounces St. Germain, elderflower liqueur
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • ice
  • 4 ounces prosecco
  • 2 ounces sparkling water
  • 2 lime wheels
  • sprig of mint, for garnish


  • Add St. Germaine and mint leaves to a wine glass. Gently muddle and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ice and lime wheels. Top with prosecco and finish with sparkling water. Stir to combine. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig. Enjoy!
