White Wine Fall Sangria

  • 1 (750 ml) bottle white wine
  • cup brandy
  • ¼ cup orange juice, plus more to taste
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 green apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne or prosecco
  • ice
  • 4-5 fresh figs, halved or quartered
  • ¼ cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • cinnamon sticks, (optional garnish)


In a large pitcher combine white wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar; stir well until sugar is fully dissolved. Add sliced apples and chill mixture for 1-2 hours. Right before serving, add champagne. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh figs, pomegranate seeds, and cinnamon sticks (if using).
