Elderflower Mimosa Pitcher

  • 3 cups fresh orange juice, blood, cara cara, or navel oranges
  • 1 (750 ml) chilled bottle of champagne or prosecco
  • ½ cup St. Germaine, elderflower liqueur
  • fresh orange slices or wedges, for garnish


  • In a large pitcher, combine orange juice and St. Germaine and stir. Slowly add the champagne or prosecco. Garnish with fresh orange slices or wedges. Enjoy!


** St. Germaine (elderflower liqueur) is my personal favorite, however, it will also taste great with Cointreau or Grand Marnier.
** To make a single serving- use 1-ounce liqueur, 3-ounce orange juice, and 3-ounce bubbly.
