Cheesy Bacon Dip

Servings 8 Servings


  • 1 brick (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • cups sour cream
  • ½ cup good quality mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, (I used 1 cup Monterrey Jack and 1 cup cheddar), divided
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh fresh chives or parsley, minced


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine. Transfer mixture to an oven-proof dish. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with chips, crusty bread or raw veggies. Enjoy!
