Watermelon and Prosciutto Wedges
Watermelon and Prosciutto Wedges
Ingredients
- 1 small watermelon, cut into 16 wedges
- 8 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 cup baby arugula or fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 3-4 tablespoons balsamic glaze or aged balsamic vinegar
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, optional
- flaky sea salt, optional
Instructions
- Place watermelon wedges on a serving platter. Top with prosciutto, arugula, and feta. Drizzle balsamic, olive oil, and honey all over. Sprinkle with hazelnuts, and flaky salt, if using. Enjoy!
