Pomegranate Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- ice, for glass
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 2 ounces pomegranate juice
- 4 ounces sparkling prosecco
- 1 ounce sparkling water
- fresh orange slice, for garnish
- rosemary sprig, for garnish
- pomegranate seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour aperol, pomegranate juice, and prosecco over the ice, and stir. Top with sparkling water and garnish with orange slice, rosemary sprig and pom seeds. Enjoy!
