Mango Mojito

  • Mango Puree:
  • 2 mangos, cubed or sliced
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • Mojito:
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime, one-half cut in wedges, and the other half, juiced
  • ¾ cup mango puree
  • ounces white rum
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • ¾ cup club soda
  • lime wedges and mint leaves, for garnish


  • Mango Puree:
  • Add fresh mango, ¼ cup sugar, and ¼ cup water in a blender and puree until smooth. Set aside.
  • Mojito:
  • Place mint leaves, half of the lime with the wedges, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker or a tall glass. Use a muddler to gently muddle the mint leaves (without bruising the mint leaves). Add the mango puree, and rum; mix until combined.
  • Fill two glasses with ice, pour the mango-rum mixture evenly into the 2 glasses.
  • Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, and fresh mint leaves, Enjoy!
