Halloween Chocolate Bark

  1. 3 cups chocolate (dark, milk or semi-sweet)
  2. 2-3 cups assorted Halloween candy (m&m's, candy corn, mini peanut butter cups, orange coated kit-kat's, mini candy eyeballs, bats/ghost sprinkles...)
  3. 1 teaspoon vegetable oil to thin out chocolate (optional)
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment, leaving an overhang on ends.
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water, stirring. Add oil, if needed. Pour into baking sheet, and spread in an even layer.
  3. Immediately sprinkle toppings over chocolate. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Peel off parchment, and break bark into pieces.
