  1. 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
  2. 3 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  3. 2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
  4. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  5. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with foil. Grease the bottom on the sides of the pan with a vegetable oil soaked paper towel.
  2. In a large microwavable bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in intervals of thirty seconds until chocolate is fully melted (approximately 1minute or so). Add the vanilla and continue to stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Stir in the walnuts and marshmallows and spread the mixture out into the prepared baking dish and chill until firm. Peel foil from the fudge and cut into squares with a sharp knife. Enjoy!
