Fresh Berries and Micro Greens Salad

  • 3 to 4 cups micro greens, mixed varieties
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • 2 ounces crumbled goat cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped candied pecans
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
  • kosher salt and cracked black pepper


  • Place greens in a large salad bowl. Top with sliced strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, goat cheese, and pecans.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
