Fresh Berries and Micro Greens Salad

Ingredients

micro greens,
mixed varieties

fresh strawberries,
hulled and sliced
½
cup
fresh blackberries
½
cup
fresh raspberries

ounces
crumbled goat cheese
¼
cup
chopped candied pecans
3
tablespoons
balsamic glaze
2
tablespoons
good quality olive oil
kosher salt and cracked black pepper
Instructions
Place greens in a large salad bowl. Top with sliced strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, goat cheese, and pecans.
Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
