Servings 10 Servings

  • 1 (6-8) pounds cooked smoked ham, bone-in and spiral-cut
  • ½ cup guava marmalade, or jam of choicee
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • cup water, divided

  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Combine guava marmalade, honey, brown sugar, Dijon, and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the ham, flat side down in the roasting pan. Pour the remaining 1 cup of water into the bottom of the pan. Brush half of the glaze on the ham and cover tightly with foil paper. Bake for 1 to 1½ hours depending on the size of the ham (about 12 minutes per pound), basting every 30 minutes with the pan juices.
  • Increase oven temperature to 425˚F. Uncover the ham and brush with the remaining glaze. Transfer back to the oven for 10 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized.
  • Cover the ham with foil again, and rest for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
