Affogato with Hazelnut Liqueur

Ingredients
  

  • 2 scoops vanilla bean gelato or ice cream
  • 2 ounces of hazelnut liqueur, Frangelico is a great option
  • 2 ounces freshly brewed hot espresso
  • 1 tablespoon grated dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled amaretti cookies

Instructions
 

  • Chill glass in the freezer, about 10-15 minutes.
  • To assemble, add scoops of vanilla ice cream to chilled glass and immediately pour a shot of hazelnut liqueur, and espresso. Garnish with grated chocolate and cookie crumbles. Enjoy!
