Affogato with Hazelnut Liqueur

Affogato with Hazelnut Liqueur
Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla bean gelato or ice cream
- 2 ounces of hazelnut liqueur, Frangelico is a great option
- 2 ounces freshly brewed hot espresso
- 1 tablespoon grated dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon crumbled amaretti cookies
Instructions
- Chill glass in the freezer, about 10-15 minutes.
- To assemble, add scoops of vanilla ice cream to chilled glass and immediately pour a shot of hazelnut liqueur, and espresso. Garnish with grated chocolate and cookie crumbles. Enjoy!
