Watermelon and Prosciutto Wedges

  • 1 small watermelon, cut into 16 wedges
  • 8 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup baby arugula or fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 3-4 tablespoons balsamic glaze or aged balsamic vinegar
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts, optional
  • flaky sea salt, optional


  • Place watermelon wedges on a serving platter. Top with prosciutto, arugula, and feta. Drizzle balsamic, olive oil, and honey all over. Sprinkle with hazelnuts, and flaky salt, if using. Enjoy!
