Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
Pat the fish dry on both sides and season with oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to an oven-proof baking dish. Place fish over the oil and top with whole garlic cloves, tomatoes, olives and lemon juice. Finish with a good drizzle of olive oil all over the toppings. Transfer to preheated oven and bake for 12 to 13 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh dill, and more lemon juice, if desired. Enjoy!
