- 2 cups chicken/veggie broth or water
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups arugula
- 6-8 fresh figs cut in half or in quarters, or fruit of choice
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- ¼ cup hazelnuts, or nut of choice
- 4 ounces prosciutto, optional
