White Chocolate Martini
Ingredients
- Martini:
- 1 ounce chocolate ganache or store-bought Hershey’s chocolate syrup, divided
- 1 ounce vodka
- ¾ ounce hazelnut liqueur or Kahlua
- ¾ ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
- ¾ ounce heavy cream
- shaved chocolate, for garnish
- Chocolate Ganache: (Optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup light karo corn syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Martini:
- Pour ½ ounce of chocolate ganache or syrup on a plate. Dip the rim of the glass and turn to coat completely. Add remaining chocolate in a squeeze bottle or Ziplock baggie. Swirl the chocolate on the inside of the martini glass starting from the bottom up. Set martini glass aside.
- Add ice, vodka, hazelnut liqueur or Kahlua, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream to a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds, or until well blended and chilled. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Enjoy!
- Chocolate Ganache:
- In a small saucepan, heat cream and corn syrup 2-3 minutes, do not let it come to a rolling boil.
- Place chocolate in a large glass or metal bowl. Pour warm cream and syrup over chocolate and let set 3-4 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Set aside until ready to use.
