Blueberry Banana Chia Smoothie

Servings 1 Serving


  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oat milk (or milk of preference)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds


  • Add all ingredients to the blender, except the chia seeds, and blend for 1 minute, or so until creamy and smooth. Add chia seeds and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Enjoy!
