Pomegranate Aperol Spritz

  • ice, for glass
  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces pomegranate juice
  • 4 ounces sparkling prosecco
  • 1 ounce sparkling water
  • fresh orange slice, for garnish
  • rosemary sprig, for garnish
  • pomegranate seeds, for garnish


  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour aperol, pomegranate juice, and prosecco over the ice, and stir. Top with sparkling water and garnish with orange slice, rosemary sprig and pom seeds. Enjoy!
