Cheesy Bacon Dip
Ingredients
- 1 brick (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1½ cups sour cream
- ½ cup good quality mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided
- 2 cups shredded cheese, (I used 1 cup Monterrey Jack and 1 cup cheddar), divided
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh fresh chives or parsley, minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine. Transfer mixture to an oven-proof dish. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with chips, crusty bread or raw veggies. Enjoy!
