Air Fryer Cauliflower Steaks
Ingredients
- Cauliflower Steaks:
- 1 large head of cauliflower, rinsed and dried
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- sliced green onions, for garnish
- toasted pine nuts, for garnish
- Yogurt Sauce:
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 heaping tsp freshly chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by removing its leaves, and by cutting its stem to create a flat base. Cut the cauliflower from top to bottom into about 4 (1-inch) thick steaks.
- In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush the oil mixture on each side of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket, cook at 400°F for 12 minutes. Gently flip the steak halfway through cooking.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, make the yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, dill, lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Once the cauliflower is ready, remove from the air fryer and garnish with parsley, green onions, and pine nuts. Serve with yogurt sauce. Enjoy!
