Mix Sauce together in a bowl and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add onion and sauté 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and jalapeno, cook 20-30 seconds (making sure garlic does not brown).
Add beef and cook, breaking it up as you go. Continue to cook about 5 minutes without turning, when meat is crispy brown on one side, flip, and continue to cook the other side, about another 5 minutes.,
Once the beef is brown, add the sauce. Cook for a further 2 minutes, until slightly reduced. Add additional salt and/or sriracha if desired.
Serve over rice and garnish with fresh herbs, lime, scallions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
