Arugula, Basil, and Spinach Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup fresh arugula
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • ¼ cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the arugula, basil, spinach, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan, and olive oil. Season with salt; pulse until a sauce forms. Refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
