White Bean Dip Flat Bread Pizza

  • flatbread of choice, toasted-optional
  • 1 15-ounce can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil, plus 2 tablespoons for garnish
  • ¼ cup loosely packed fresh Italian parsley leaves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 seedless cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 radishes, finely chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons Everything but the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend, optional
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese


  • Place the beans, garlic, lemon juice, 1/3 cup olive oil, and parsley in the work bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely chopped. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • To assemble flat bread pizza, spread the white bean dip on the bread, and top with cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, and feta. Finish off with extra olive oil and a few shakes of bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
