Air Fryer Cauliflower with Bang-Bang Sauce

Servings 4 Servings


  • Cauliflower:
  • 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • fresh chives, for garnish (optional)
  • Bang-Bang Sauce:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoon Sriracha


  • Drizzle the cauliflower florets with olive oil, then toss with paprika, and salt.
  • Roast in the Air Fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes, turn and continue to cook for 5 more minutes, a total of 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and salt. Stir to combine. 
  • Garnish the cauli with fresh chives, if desired. Serve with the bang-bang sauce. Enjoy!
