Martini:
Pour ½ ounce of chocolate ganache or syrup on a plate. Dip the rim of the glass and turn to coat completely. Add remaining chocolate in a squeeze bottle or Ziplock baggie. Swirl the chocolate on the inside of the martini glass starting from the bottom up. Set martini glass aside.
Add ice, vodka, hazelnut liqueur or Kahlua, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream to a shaker. Shake for 15 seconds, or until well blended and chilled. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Enjoy!
Chocolate Ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat cream and corn syrup 2-3 minutes, do not let it come to a rolling boil.
Place chocolate in a large glass or metal bowl. Pour warm cream and syrup over chocolate and let set 3-4 minutes. Whisk until smooth. Set aside until ready to use.
