Blueberry Banana Chia Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup oat milk (or milk of preference)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender, except the chia seeds, and blend for 1 minute, or so until creamy and smooth. Add chia seeds and blend for an additional 30 seconds. Enjoy!
