Watermelon Fruit Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 center-cut slice of watermelon
- ¼ – ⅓ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- ⅓ cup blackberries
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes,
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves, (optional)
Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, cut off a slice of watermelon from the center, about 2-3 inches thick.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and honey and spread on the watermelon. Top with fresh fruits and finish off with coconut flakes, chia seeds, and mint (if using). Enjoy!
