Roasted Garlic

Servings 1 Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Cut garlic heads about ½ inch from the top to expose cloves. Place whole head of garlic on a flat piece of foil paper, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap tightly in a bundle and place on an oven-proof dish or pan. Transfer to preheated oven and roast until garlic is soft and caramelized, about 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Enjoy on EVERYTHING!!!
