Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • cups water
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice mix
  • Iced Pumpkin Latte:
  • 1 cup ice
  • cup brewed coffee or espresso
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • To make the pumpkin spice syrup, heat Add all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and stir. Reduce the heat to medium low and continue stirring every 2-3 minutes, or until they syrup is well combined and slightly thickened. Remove the syrup from the heat and cool. Transfer to a jar with a lid and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
  • To make the latte, combine the cold milk and pumpkin spice syrup in a tall glass. Blend using a stick blender or hand held frother.
  • Add ice cubes to a glass, then pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture and coffee. Stir to combine. Enjoy!
