- 6 all beef hot dogs or thick-cut sausages

- yellow mustard
- The Cuban Dog:
- mango salsa
- sliced avocados
- Mexican Street Corn Dog:
- roasted corn
- corn chips
- cotija cheese
- chili mayo
- sliced jalapeños
- Other Topping Ideas:
- caramelized onions, crispy bacon, crumbled chips, guac, pickled veggies, sauerkraut, sauteed peppers
- Condiment Ideas:
- basil pesto, bbq sauce, chili crunch, ketchup, mayo, mustard, relish, sweet chili sauce, yum yum sauce
Instructions
- Preheat an outdoor grill on medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill hot dogs or sausages according to package instructions. Top with your favorite condiments and topping. Enjoy!
