Air Fryer Cauliflower with Bang-Bang Sauce
Ingredients
- Cauliflower:
- 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- fresh chives, for garnish (optional)
- Bang-Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon Sriracha
Instructions
- Drizzle the cauliflower florets with olive oil, then toss with paprika, and salt.
- Roast in the Air Fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes, turn and continue to cook for 5 more minutes, a total of 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Garnish the cauli with fresh chives, if desired. Serve with the bang-bang sauce. Enjoy!
