Spinach Pesto

Servings 1 Cup


  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • cup pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup olive oil


  • In a food processor, combine the spinach, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pulse for 10 seconds. Slowly stream in olive oil until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
