Mango Puree:
Add fresh mango, ¼ cup sugar, and ¼ cup water in a blender and puree until smooth. Set aside.
Mojito:
Place mint leaves, half of the lime with the wedges, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker or a tall glass. Use a muddler to gently muddle the mint leaves (without bruising the mint leaves). Add the mango puree, and rum; mix until combined.
Fill two glasses with ice, pour the mango-rum mixture evenly into the 2 glasses.
Top with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, and fresh mint leaves, Enjoy!
