Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder, plus more for dusting at the end, if desired
  • 1 ounce hot water
  • 2 ounces almond or coconut milk
  • ounces gin or vodka
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla simple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Chill a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl or a glass measuring cup, whisk 1 teaspoon matcha powder with the hot water until it’s fully dissolved and smooth.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the dissolved matcha, vodka (or gin), almond or coconut milk, simple syrup, and ice. Shake vigorously for about 10 to 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  • Garnish with a dusting of match powder or a citrus slice. Enjoy!
