Ingredients
  1. 2 sticks softened butter
  2. 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic, minced
  4. 1 tsp olive oil
  5. 1 tsp lemon zest
  6. salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients (except basil) in electric mixer until well mixed.
  2. Fold fresh basil into butter mixture.
  3. Spoon butter onto saran wrap and shape as a log and refrigerate.
  4. Enjoy!
