Valentine’s Ice Cream Saucers
Ingredients
- 1 (6-count) pack of Carvel ice cream saucers, without crunchies or sprinkles
- 2 cups valentine's sprinkles or mini m&m’s
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan or plate with parchment paper or a silpat baking mat. Set aside.
- Remove the ice cream saucers from the packaging and allow to soften just slightly, about 6 to 8 minutes.
- Place the sprinkles or candy of choice in a shallow bowl. Gently roll the ice cream edges in the sprinkles. Place the ice cream sandwiches on the prepared pan and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
You can always make your own by taking homemade or store-bought cookies, and placing one heaping scoop of ice cream to the flat side of one cookie and top with a second cookie, flat side down. Push down slightly to seal cookies and ice cream together to make a sandwich. Proceed with rolling in the sprinkles and freeze for 1 hour before serving.
