Instructions
In a food processor, combine the spinach, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pulse for 10 seconds. Slowly stream in olive oil until all ingredients are combined. Refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!
