1brick (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1½cupssour cream
½cupgood quality mayonnaise
½teaspoongarlic powder
¼ teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
10slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled, divided
2cupsshredded cheese,(I used 1 cup Monterrey Jack and 1 cup cheddar), divided
3green onions,sliced
2tablespoonsfresh fresh chives or parsley,minced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, and stir to combine. Transfer mixture to an oven-proof dish. Heat for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with chips, crusty bread or raw veggies. Enjoy!
