Toast the bread on a panini grill or griddle until golden brown.
Spread orange marmalade on bottom half of ciabatta roll; layer with prosciutto, then add manchego cheese, arugula and spread basil mayo on top half of ciabatta roll. Close sandwich and press down. Enjoy!
